Solar Flat Plate with Black Chrome Coating

6.25 years life span with max 0.8Mpa pressure.

Working principle:
1.when the temperture of the heat collector reaches the set value,the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically.
2.the circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
3.the heat-conducting liquid transters heat to water by the heat exchanger in the water tank. case the temperature of the circulation pump does not reach the set value,the circulation pump shall be shut automatically.

SDT3.0-A/C Series
The absorber material of SDT 3.0-H Series is copper with black chrome coating.They have different frame style and thiness for option.

1. Glazing
Low Iron tempered textured glass is used to maximize the solar
radiation available and minimize energy emittance. It is extremely .
strong and hail resistant.
2. Absorber Plate
The FS-FP 3.0-A/C Series flat plate solar collector has different thickness and frame style for option.

3. Risers
Designed for either water or propylene glycol, the 22mm &25mm diameter headers and 10mm risers conform to international standards.
4. Insulation
Fiber glass is used to insulate the base of the collector to minimize heat loss. It has 30mm to 50mm thickness for option and has a conductivity <0.048W/(m.K).
5. Casing
The back plate is constructed with galvanized steel and the  frame is extruded with anodized aluminum alloy to provide good corrosion resistance and light handling capbilities.
